The Gift Primer is an independent educational site, not a company and not a customer service desk. I am not able to:
- Check, activate, replace or refund any gift card, code, key or balance.
- Access or recover any account, wallet or cryptocurrency.
- Give personal financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
- Recommend specific products, sellers, services or assets.
For problems with a specific gift, contact the issuer or seller using the contact details printed on the card, the receipt or the confirmation email, or found by going directly to their official website or app. The guide When a Code Doesn't Work explains what to have ready.
A note on safety
I will never ask you for a gift card number, PIN, password, recovery phrase or payment of any kind. If someone contacts you claiming to be from this site and asks for any of these, it is not me. Please don't include such details in messages to me either.
